We live in a time of conflict and major changes in society. Uncertainty creates fear and inner conflict.
Many of us are seeking refuge from the noise of the world and the noise of our own mind. Silence is hugely undervalued today given modern lifestyles and constant distractions, yet silence is the pathway to inner peace and clarity.
What is Silent Sitting?
Silent Sitting is an invitation to explore silence as a dynamic space where I meet myself.
I allow myself to explore silence as a pathway to higher consciousness. I make silence my teacher as the energies of planet earth are accelerating. I leave behind what I believed to be true about myself and step into a deep inner knowing of who I am truly are.
How does Silent Sitting work?
We meet online via Zoom. I will give a short introduction to get most out of the experience. We sit in silence followed by a sharing of what has come up for those who wish to speak.
What can I expect from Silent Sitting?
A renewed sense of clarity, inner balance and inner peace. It’s a space of getting to know myself.
How long is Silent Sitting?
Approx 60 minutes.
How can I prepare?
Ensure you have stable internet connection and a space you will not be disturbed and of course bring an intention to be with yourSelf. There is no prior experience necessary.
It is powerful to meet as a group in a space where we are seen just as we are. Please prepare to be on camera, if you can.
If you are new to Silence
Claudia will be online and available to chat before each Silent Sitting for ten minutes. She welcomes anyone who is new to Silence to come along early so she can welcome you and answer any questions you may have (optional).
