“To become successful online, you only need to remember the following : Good Heart + Passion + Web Design + SEO + Digital Marketing + Dedication + Positiveness + Patience = Success”
– Dr. Christopher Dayagdag
Before we get started:
Logo
You should have a logo ready or create one before the challenge starts. If you already have a logo, it should be in a high-resolution format (preferably in PNG or SVG format) that can be easily inserted into the website. If you don’t have a logo, you can create one using online design tools such as Canva or LogoMaker or hire a freelance professional on sites like Fiverr.
Colors
You should choose a color scheme that reflects your brand and the message you want to convey on your website. You will need the hex codes or RGB values for the colors you choose – this is how they can be easily integrated into the website design. Alternatively, you can use a color picker tool to select colors from your logo or other branding materials. Check out sites like Coolors.co or Pinterest for ideas.
Fonts
You should select a set of fonts that are consistent with your brand and easy to read. You will need to provide the names of the fonts you have chosen, or the font files if you have a custom font that you want to use on the website. Popular fonts can be found on Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts. For font pairings (complimentary header and body text), my personal favourite is fontpair.co
Name
If you haven’t already chosen a name for your business or organization, you should do so before the workshop starts. The name should be clear, concise, and memorable, and should reflect the nature of your business or services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I have my written content ready when building the site?
Ideally, yes, it is best for you to have your content ready when building the website or landing page. This can include text, images, videos, and any other media that you plan to use on the site.
Having the content ready beforehand can help streamline the website building process, because you can easily place the content on the appropriate pages and in the desired layout. It can also ensure that the website accurately reflects the message and goals of your organization or business.
However, if you don’t have your content ready, you can still participate in the workshop and use placeholder content until the final content is available. In this case, you can focus on the overall design and layout of the website, and then swap out the placeholder content with the final content once it is ready.
Ultimately, having the content ready beforehand is recommended but not essential. The most important thing is for you to have a clear vision and plan for landing page or website, and to use the available tools and resources to bring that visio
Can I use a different website builder instead of WordPress and Divi?

Will there be any costs associated with this workshop?
Yes, you will need to purchase a domain name, hosting and website builder (Divi) for your website. Domain names typically cost around €10-15 per year, and hosting can range from €3-10 per month, depending on the hosting provider and the plan you choose. We will provide guidance on which plugins are recommended and where to find them. We will be starting with the free versions of plugins.
Can I use stock images on my website?
