Over medium-high heat, preheat a 6-inch non-stick skillet.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Gradually add water, blending well.
Pour 1/3 cup batter into pre-heated pan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the crepe looks mat all over. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Continue cooking the crepes until you have no more batter.
Slice the crepes in triangles, like pizza slices.
Heat oven to 180°C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the chips.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the thickness).
