Day 16 Adventure | No Sugar, No Gluten Day

Today we are ditching the bad and the nasty! Today we will avoid eating any sugar and any gluten products. We will focus on eating healthy and nutritious food that doesn’t consist of processed sugar and gluten. I will provide you with an optional menu for the day so you can easily follow and prepare a healthy menu for yourself that will nourish your body and that will keep you feeling light, full and happy!
